Teenagers and adults alike will enjoy this custom fitness program! Get into shape without ever entering the ring! Partner drills, rounds on the bag, and exercises for your abs and muscles will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and without a scratch, improving muscle strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. Don't worry if you are unable or not ready to do certain activities in this class. Our flexible program allows you to go at your own pace, no matter what your experience level. Sign up today to take our bi-weekly 50-minute classes. You can take this program at our Glenelg location, along with some of our other martial arts programs. Tuition is the same no matter how many classes you take per week. It is recommended to take at least two classes a week, yet not required, to gain all of the benefits of any martial arts program.
